Happy Women's History Month!

Updated: Apr 22

It's a great time to be a woman in business. Our services to women in business support our commitment to this idea. This year we will provide 100,000 women with career and professional development services through training, executive coaching, and books. Our consultants, trainers, and coaches are delivering these services through live in-person and virtual signature programs at organizations, conferences, and retreats hosted by our clients and through our direct-to-consumer events.

There is an increased desire from employees, especially women, to seek professional development from their employers. And when they do not receive it, they are investing in themselves by hiring executive coaches and attending offsite training and conferences, resulting in women leaving to go to your competitor. Our clients who invest in strategies to retain and advance women to the C-suite have overall better corporate cultures. When you invest in a woman's development, you invest in a happy company culture.
